Bill - take a deep breath of that wonderful canadian air for me. I haven't been able to get up there for a couple of years now, but it is nice to be able to live vicariously through your reports. Its getting a little depressing here in western Mass wearing tee shirts in Feb and looking at all the snirt. Post some pics for us. Thanks - J.P. Last time I was at Barrage Gouin was 30+ years ago, pike fishing. That lake can really froth up when a storm comes through in the summer, i don't imagine winter storms to be any friendlier in that area, as far as wind and visibility go. I think I was about 7 or 8 at the time. I do remember it being a hell of a long drive coming in from Lac St John, and the logging roads seemed to go on forever. good times - please post some more pics of the gouin - thanks, J.P.

Immodium (anti-diarrhea) - don't laugh - at least one person in group should have it... Advil / Aleve (for less than perfect rides - better to "pre-medicate" Quart of oil, can of dry-gas TP Edit - I meant that at least one person should have immodium, not diarrhea....
