Been copying the mail here for a long time, it's finally time to post.
I have a dream.
Headed up to Alma on Sat 2/18 for a week of Paradise, made the trip last year with a buddy and bringing 5 more with me this time. I've read about the fishing villages but when I was up last year in March the locals told me they had packed up due to the warm weather. One of my goals this year is to hit some of the lonely stretches on the north side and do a trail side lunch or two. I made a notation on my map a year or so ago that there was a fishing encampment on the south end of Riviere Shipshaw on the east side of Lac Bilodeau, I recall something about riding by or near a waterfall to access it. Trail is off 367 near Lac a L'Ours. Here comes the questions, am I correct about the location, would I piss off any locals if we tried to find it, and does anybody know if they would be willing to sell some fish for my gastronomic extravaganza in the bush?
Thanks
