  1. I have a 2016 renegade 1200 X 137".Carrying gas is worse than having to carry oil.I've been 120's into the 130's miles several times this year and the most I have put in was 36 liters and that was a lot of trail 35.Unless your are going riding off trail where you are pushing snow,if you run out on the groomed trail it is your own fault for passing a gas station. When the low gas light comes on I have about 3 gallons left.
  2. One just looks better than the other doing it!
  3. Apparently not everyone.LOL Was there a particular color ink that worked better?
  4. Tabernac. Did u have to post that???
  5. Are the Ski doo's able to be bypassed and driven away with the dess? Surprised the Yamaha's still use a regular style key. We use the kryptonite u locks.
  6. If you're looking for a place on your return trip to stay in St.Michel I would recommend the Domaine Du lac Taureau. It is listed on this years map. It is on the lake almost where the old Lac of the pines was.Jump on the lake at canada adventure ,run the lake almost all the way down and its about a mile from the campgrounds where you get off on the left.Staked and marked.Been open on and off for a few years and steady the last 2.Very nice and reasonably priced. We had a large room with 3 beds.Had to skip the included breakfast because they don't serve til 8:00 and we like to be on the trail about 7ish. Watch out for the deer. We did the Gouin loop and back from the La Glaciere a couple weekends ago and stayed there.
  7. Is that a futurecast? I guess you meant the 1st. lol
  8. Sounds like you're pretending to be in Florida....what kind of snowmobiler goes to Florida in the winter? So So riding is better than no riding....go get it.
  9. never had a problem, have done it many times and never been questioned.
  10. A couple of us have the Rouski wheels.I did some research before we bought and glad we went with them.Ours are manually operated. I took the set I had on my polaris for three years and retro fitted them to my ski doo.Got to use them last weekend on one of the detours due to this low snow winter.I won't ride without them now.Almost as mandatory as reverse. You don't know they are there til you need them. Also will keep your sled cooler by not working nearly as hard to push carbide thur those bare parking lot gas stations in the spring!
  11. X2 on the Levesque,stayed there Last Friday.Nice scenery!
  12. Thanks for the updates, sounds like time to ride.
  13. we don't have to register our trucks in Quebec to drive there but we do have to register our sleds there.
  14. I know, the comment I sarcastically replied to, made it sound like he thought BRP actually made the track.
  15. Thanks for the report, looking forward to the after ride report.
  16. Wow! you could start a pool with the money you saved to bail out the guys that get stopped for riding with studs!
  17. $ 350.00 would be a steal
  18. This will just create another problem. Noise pollution from all the ski doos that get stuck at an icy road crossing spinning their track in reverse with the reverse beeper going off.
  19. I heard talk of that proposed trail at least 10 years ago When I was at Lac A Jim.
  20. reguess ..Jan. 17th
  21. I'll try Jan.15th for the groomer pass.
  22. Not true.Ct offers an "enhanced license"
  23. With the current exchange rate that will be quite a bargain.
  24. I have heard that deer have a parasite that is called brainworm that doesn't affect them but is deadly to moose......so if there are a lot of deer and moose in an area it could be a problem.
