  1. Can't understand it.....seeing it more and more. Ran a farmstead around caddilac saturday afternoon.....droite fragille posted EVERYWHERE. Volunteers must have staked close to 5k both sides of the field. Lines, ropes, snow fence....can't imagine how long it took. Asshats still rode around it. Just sad 😞
  2. All good my man. Could have posted the beefaroni and burgers from the day before. Gotta fuel the furnace when your playing hard 🙂
  3. Thing works great. Easy to transport in link bag. Perfect for the times.
  4. Still dialing both in but they are great. Completely diff sleds than the 18xrs & 19x we traded. XRS seems to be a bit stiffer than the X for some reason with pre-loads set the same on both. Found that with the 18 as well. Shock thing is guess. That said, both are awesome 🙂
  5. We did ...only had 6 split top buns.Toasted those and stuffed two dogs in each.Delicious 😊
  6. No locals in VD Ice passesd a few SDQ cruisers parked in strange areas along the highway on the way in this time but didn’t bother us. Fueled at Ultramarine Louvicourt with one in the lot there as well and nothing.
  7. Well it’s a rap for this trip. 200km for the day. Not the greatest today but still decent for the most part. local 307/309 ok but not great. awesome trailside dogs and pretty much sunny all day but frosty. cheers gowser
  8. Chilly start again but ces’t la via. Meandering back to Forestel today. Thinking 307 caddilac malartic maybe run down 309 and back. we’ll see which way the skis want to go
  9. Almost feel guilty..almost being the key. 300k plus today on perfect trails. Amos to Macamic-la sarre-palmarolle-amos Zero morning traffic. Fast and tight all day. Definitely long John weather though. Gourmet trailside beefaroni and steamed dogs for lunch. Tucked in at Atmosphere now. Val Dor Via Cadillac and environ tomorrow Stay well Gowser
  10. Wow...that’s a bummer. No, haven’t had any problem.
  11. For those of you that are itching.....frosty as F today but trails are 10 bell val d’or, louvrecout, seneterre, barrette, Amos excuse sp If you’ve run it you know how dope the run is.... If you haven’t book it lasarre and enviro demain 😊
  12. From what I understand there is a mandate to increase patrols this year.
  13. Sooo..we ripped off another 320k today😎 didn’t stop for photo’s. Conditions very good. Obviously more traffic but trails held up. Large police and trail warden presence. Stopped 4 times for pass checks but all were great. For those of you waiting to ride your new renegade x’s you are in for a treat. Hope y’all get out soon. Stay well. All for now. Gowser

  17. 224km 313 Val d’or to 93.....10/10 93 to Amos 10/10 309 from 93 back to Val D’or total trash in some spots. Avoid for now. Groomers / Clubs working hard. Meet QPP at 93 / 309 junction. Amongst other things 🙂
  20. Finally got ahold of someone at the Club. FCMQ map is accurate....limited trails in & around V D'or. Grooming constantly. Need more snow. Plan on being there next week if weather cooperates just a bit! Will advise
  21. Tabarnac....7.5 hours travel time. Terribly itchy and tempted. are you day looping or bagging?
  22. Trails Showing yellow. Called Forestel... said trails closed. anyone know different?
  23. Was a little rough around Manawan on the weekend. Short cut was rollers but the rest was pretty much carpet from St Michel Des Saints up to 100 Lacs on Friday. Got a little choppy sat afternoon close to Tureau on the way back down but still very ride-able given all the traffic.
  24. Was a strange feeling on the weekend walking into a place filled with large groups of tourists from France. Did not interact or sit near them at all. Other than that didn't see any effect on the number of riders out in St Michel Des Saints, 100 Lacs area. 100 Lacs was jammed friday night and repos was slammed saturday afternoon. Trails were superb as were the accommodations and food at Pouviore 100 Lacs and Pourvoire Pignon Rouge Mokocan. Beautiful cabin at Pignon, the food was delicious and all you can eat! Don't be shy about stopping in....
  25. Thanks.... was wondering if anybody had some feedback on the place??
