schooter
I am interested in who is using retractable ski wheels and the brand they are using? What are some of the pros and cons that you have found? I have found several manufactures: Retrax http://www.retrax.ne...Do=DispProducts[*]Skiwheelz http://www.frontline...635#requestInfo[*]Rollerski http://www.qualipiec...=25&setLangue=2 Schooter
Flyin Brian
I use Skiwheelz. I really like them. You have to put them down manually and when you want them up you lift the ski while still moving to pop them up. When I bought them they were the only spring loaded retractable wheel. I was driving partially on a dirt parking lot and I broke the interior spring. They did replace it for shipping costs only. They were a little pricey but sure are convenient driving through the parking lot at the Holiday Inn to get gas.

dkarwh
Hi Schooter. This is Karl and I wanted to pass on my experience with ski wheels. I have used them for 2 years and have had excellent results with qualipieces. A friend got another brand made in Bangor ME and they didn't survive one ride. I don't remember the name of them.
