Left from the cottage on local trail aka railbed to the 43 in Duhamel and ran the railbed to the 43/323 junction all table top and Ohhhh lalala baby she sang that tune again. Traffic was a little heavier than normal, put it this way, I have never crossed pathes with so many sleds on one trail all season long as I have here and this was just a 20 minute ride to the intersection of 43/323.

We were a little early to head down to the Hill and Gully for our lunch rendez-vous so we decided to head east on 323 to Chennevillle to wait for Grumpy Santa. Trail was well groomed and flat but also was a little soft from heavy atv traffic, it's a shared trail from 43/323 junction to Lac Simon. After a 1/2 hour no show wait in Chenneville we decided to head back to the 43/323 junction and go south on the local trail leading us to Montpellier and into Mulgreye-et-Berry for our lunch rendez-vous at The Hill and Gully Riders Club House. 15 Minutes after arriving Grumpy pulled in with a friend, now we're 6.

Trails were like the clubs name Hill and Gully, thank god/gosh they were table top trails and with the clear blue skies and full sunshine to add it was like a dream.

After lunch 323 Nord to the 53 Nord to the 43 Est all just a dream come true, no high speed running here but beautiful Hill and Gully trails!!!! 43 Est took its toll from the many riders from the day, corners were a little whooped but very tolerable. At the Mulet Parc entrance Grumpy parted ways continuing on the 43 to Chenneville as we took the local short cut to the 43 into Duhamel and headed back to the cottage with a 212klm loop.

This was one of the best rides all year long, trails were a 10/10 90% and 9/10 the balance while we had the mild temps and sunshine to take into account too, whatta recipe.

Found this on the lake in front of the chalet

Not much left of the poor little guy
