Going to get light rain Wednesday in Temiscaming Wednesday,hoping that does not change plans for our upcoming trip on the 20th. After that looks like snow coming and colder weather. Anyone from that area that could give a update Thursday would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Zrtkat

Thanks Iceman for all the maps will print these out and have them with me . Now if we can change the weather for next week in Temiscaming that would be great calling for a couple days of warmer weather and some rain hopefully not enough to change our starting point . Zrtkat

We will be going the southern route 83 to 93 ??? and around lake and back to Roberval not too sure of all the routes would like to know best route to take around the lake. Iceman thanks for all your knowledge of the area you really helped us out to plan our trip and it is appreciated Thanks Zrtkat

I have a question not familiar with the area we are doing a loop around Lake-Saint-Jean from Roberval. I am seeing post about a permit needed for Zec Martin-Valin will We be close to that area that a permit is required????? Thanks Zrtkat

Lucky you we have a 10 hr drive from Ohio to temiscaming,but we usually stop at the casino on the way try to win some money to help pay for the trip.

The trail is right across the street from the hotel easy access to trail. Restaurant on site . Never had any problems staying there. Hope the weather cooperates for us that week. How many days are you riding????

Muskoka2 we are staging out of Temrose always a great place to start the trip its been a few years since we have been up riding but looking forward to riding the trails again hope you have a great trip also . will post how our first day was.😁

We are almost all set up for our 7 day trip sleds are at dealer getting checked over. Looks like we are getting our chain case bearings done and all the up dates so hopefully we have a trouble free trip. Leaving Temiscaming Monday the 20th is the first day of our trip .now I worry that the weather cooperates with us for the whole 7 days. Zrtkat &Crew

We are staying at l’hombre du vent. In parent . hopefully my gps will take us right to it. Is it right off the trail or are there signs showing us how to get there. Also we know there is no food somebody said there was store we can get food to take to our destination. Zrtkat

Our group is purchasing 7 day trail permits I seen it was a easy process online . Was wondering if they email you permits to put on your windshield?? And how long does it take for them to email permits to us . Thanks Zrtkat

We have all our rooms reserved thought we where going to change plans due to l’hombre du vent having no chalets available but luckily for us she had a chalet available on the 21st after all. 1 day temiscaming to Val-dor 2 night val Dor to l’hombre du vent. 3 night l’hombre du vent to Roberval. 4 night trip around lac st jean back to Roberval. 5 night to chicoubama 6 night to Val-dor 7 night to temiscaming. Plc no we are running from Val-dor to parent staying overnight then staying in Roberval the next 2 nights then proceeding to Chibougamau overnight stay then back to Val-dor 450 Mile day is too much for me .lol Zrtkat

We are running that same trail from Chibougamau to Val-dor in a couple weeks we are coming from Roberval though never ran it straight to Val-dor though always went to Mattagami then to val Dor. Seems like a long day but should be okay.let us know how the trails are. Have a great trip Zrtkat
