  1. Parent to Wemetochi is about 100 miles.
  2. Do we park on the indoor pool now?
  3. Started in St. Raymond on Sat AM and rode to Relais 22. Trails from St. Ray were thin but passable. Closer to La Tuque the snow got better. From La Tuque to Relais 22 there is about 5 miles of plowed road with rocks. From Relais 22 to Dolbeau on Sunday and the with a late start due to helmet problems, the trails were mint. Pleanty of snow.
  4. Hope everyone is OK. Let me know of any updates.

    Wolf???

We were about 5 miles outside of Weymatachi Indian Town. Our first thoughts were wolfs but after seeing the rest we figured wild dogs. Still quite nervous when they came running at us. Kel

    Wolf???

Anyone know if this is a wolf or not? 5 more jumped out of the woods and started running at us. Didnt have the guts to get a pic...just got the hell out Kel
  7. Richard, Tried real hard to see you this year, but thank you for being honest. We had to cancel one trip and reroute second trip. We WILL be there next year to see you somehow...hopfully better snow. Just got back last nigh from Chibougoumou Trip. Have a great summer Kel
  8. We came down from relay 22 to 369 to La Cabaonon on Sat. the trails were defintly getting more worn down. More bare spots but still able to get around. Not much time left Kel
  9. Just got back late last night. Relay 22 to La Cabanon was not as bad as expected. Around Wamatchi was a little thin with some bare roads but enough for some lube on the sides. Some bare spots down the 345 trail to the barrage and a few past the barrage into LaCabanon but nothing bad at all. On the way home in the truck there were 2 sleds right in front of us that road the road from the Bistro for about 1/2 mile...never saw a sled throw so much black smoke (belt or slides or both) Kel
  10. We came down from Relay 22 to LaCabbonon on Sat Mar 6th. Wamtachi had bare roads but only for short distances (1/2 mile at at time then back onto snow. Everything else was good until below Kantawna there were some bare roads to cross and then getting to the dam at Lac Teurrau there were some bare spots to just weave around. Kel
  11. We were at relay 22 on Sat the 6th and people were saying they road 2 miles of bare road around La Tuque on trail 73. The warm temps were really affecting the snow. Good Luck Kel
  12. We are in Chibougamou now. -5 C going down to -19C tonight and calling for -3C for Friday day. Sun was hot today but the trails held up very well. bare roads and parking lots, but the trails have plenty of snow. We are trying to get to Relay 22 tomorrow. Heard Roberval is almost bare dirt. If the temps stay cold I think things should be fine. Good Luck, Kel
  13. Started on Sunday from La Cabanon in St. Zenon to Parent...Trails were good to very good with plenty of snow but warm. From Parent to Seneteer ....Trails around Clova and Balbuzard were a little rough...Still warm. Seneteer to LaSarre trails were great. A bit colder. Took a tour to touch Onterio just to say we did. La Sarre to Montagami and was still cold and plenty of snow. Trails were 9 out of 10. On to Chibougamou on Thurs. Kel
  14. We are starting at La Cabanon Sunday AM and doing the Chibougamou loop possibly comming back on the 6th or 7th. We have 3 and a 4th would make things easier. Let me know by Sat AM. Kel
  15. Thanks Groomer... Sounds great! Kel
