  1. Looks great! Have a safe trip and enjoy the scenery. Looks like you are taking lots of pics - thanks for sharing.
  2. Not sure what manufacturers are thinking with these "bikini windshields". Totally useless and "for looks only". Also note the electric start being optional - huh? Guess I'm too old - lol
  3. Very nice job! They are a very well thought out and sturdy design. Thank you for your kind offer but I fear the cost to send them to the US would be steep. (I have resisted the peace-of-mind carrying extra gas gives but may have to reconsider soon - )
  4. Good to see their Club is back grooming.
  5. Is the machined aluminum bracket something you made JG? It looks like the tanks miss rubbing on both the edge of the runningboards and also the surface under them so there is no worry about wearing through the tanks, correct?
  6. x2 Scorp! I just find the older I get, the less patience I have for riding in crap - even if I DO find some good - so I guess I'm "picky". Definitely much less tolerance for mud, rocks, water, and snirt. We've all seen the extremes and (some of us) would just rather ride when the conditions are more likely to provide 'Quebec heaven'. Glad for you that you found enough good to make it worthwhile.
  7. So sad anytime but especially at this time of the year. UGH! This is a tragedy.
  8. Just too bad for the Club. It will be hard to get a replacement quickly and do the conversion from tractor to tracks. I have heard of some Kubotas catching fire like this one did. I hope the Club recovers OK. I enjoy their trails!
  9. Very nice fit up! (If you want your broom to last longer, flip it so the bristles are up - it won't 'curve')
  10. Mine came Wednesday. Excellent service as usual! Hope you are feeling better!
  11. I guess I should be ashamed to say the last time we were there, we stayed with Ken at Fleur-de-Lis - it was THAT long ago. I understand he doesn't stay open in the winter anymore Food there was always 10/10
  12. Truly a beautiful place - even in "the other season" !
  13. Thank you for another great season Groomer. I always have a few sad days after the end comes but try to focus on the next winter and the memories of last. Your pictures always brighten the day and I look forward to them. I know I speak for many here! Thank you for all you do and enjoy the days to come at camp.
  14. Another memory-filled adventure JG! Sorry to hear about your chain case issues. At least they waited til the end of th season to raise themselves and now you have the off-season to resolve them.
  15. Alain - thank you for taking your time to share your trip. I always enjoy your reports and pictures. It has been a good season that began with promise, then rained, then got so bitter cold and now finishes with so much snow that it seems will not be enjoyed before the season ends.
  16. Awful. We'll never live long enough to understand these things . . .
  17. I saw one at the west end of Rimouski as you cross the river a couple years back. It got up into some thick cover on the riverbank and I couldn't get a clear picture. - I was surprised to see one in such a populated area(?)
  18. Saw this today at the Sterling Refuge Shelter along sentiere Chic Chocs
  19. Leaving Rimouski this AM headed to Amqui. May see U there Linda(?)
  20. My riding partner needs a battery pac for a DooPhone Platinum 900. Anywhere to get one in S. QC? Thanks for any help -
  21. Gizz, see your dealer. They will u/d the clutch - I believe there is a kit - or they will swap it to the new tower design for about $500 (negotiable). It was not strong enough for the 1200 motor.**** Oops! My bad - you said SECONDARY ****
  22. Thanks for your enduring efforts to continue promoting our sport Bill.
  23. We are leaving Beauceville today and headed that way. Plans are - open - so maybe we'll see you guys OTT
  24. Sadly, if they were serious about apprehending these miscreants, they could. Someone will unnecessarily be hurt - or worse before there is action. Society today will just yawn - only a snowmobiles - what's the big deal. Ridiculous!
