I certainly would stock up if I were south of the border. A good deal for sure, just squirrel it away in your helmet bag for next winter.

Should you decide to drive into old Quebec City I recommend staying at the Clarendon. Right in the heart of the old city, walking distance to everything, the horse drawn carts stop at the front door, underground parking, and reasonably priced. It also has an awesome jazz bar if you like that.
