Nine2Nine
Can someone give me the details on this run? half day run or full day? Groomed, much traffic? Thanks
smclelan
The 595 is only about 120 miles give or take a little. The amount of time is directly porportional to the number of pictures you want to take. It can be a very scencic run.
smclelan
Yes groomed and taffic is usually light. Some great local trails off the 595 going to Carleton and Murdochville.

smclelan
Yes that is about right, 4-5hrs. A very nice trail, certainly a must do in the Gaspe.
Nine2Nine
Great thanks, we like to do some sight seeing as well, just didn't want to get in there and run short on fuel and day light. thanks
smclelan
Are you hitting it from New Richmond and heading up?
Nine2Nine
Working on a few ideas, P-L-Croix is easy but if New Richmond will get us in deeper, faster we might do that as well. Any suggestions? We'd like to get up to ride with Jack for a day and stay a night or two. I know the 595 will be a great run and could spend a full day in there. It looks like you are from the Island, PALC is the place to start from. I was just wonderering if you were planning to go north on the 595 or south. You will really enjoy yourself if this is your first trip to the Gaspesie! You will need every bit of that track and then some!!

I agree, we run to Rimouski last year, the group were all trail guys, it was good, seen the great trail system but I know there is some serious riding to the East!!
