Northbound Posted February 28, 2016 Report Share Posted February 28, 2016 Thought I should share. Got a montana gps this year and got trakmap chips for both ont. And quebec. First trip to Quebec,loved it. Second trip starting in ont. and then to Quebec. Had my ont chip loaded, que chip at home. Called trakmaps trailside Thursday am. Talked to a VERY helpfully and kind young lady. She sold me the chip at a discounted rate (seeing that I had already purchased one) but most importantly she had it shipped next day to get to the hotel that we arrived at Friday night. I didn't have hotel address, she looked it up. She also had to carefully label the package so the carrier wouldn't return it if nobody would sign for it at the hotel. Thank you,Carolle? And when I called the very understanding gal did a computer share and just ran the thing. In minutes she'd done what was taking me hours.
