Mid Range Posted January 9, 2017 Report Posted January 9, 2017 just got confirmation from Val d'Or SC.........the place is closed. No food-No gas. Quote
wulsock1 Posted January 9, 2017 Report Posted January 9, 2017 That's too bad. Nice place to get a bite and warm up. If I remember right you can make it from Val d'or to Belleterre or to Moffet on a tank of gas. Quote
snowfarmer Posted January 9, 2017 Report Posted January 9, 2017 Sad to lose a stop like that! Usually have always stopped and got gas and warmed up there when passing through. Quote
Ditch Banger Posted January 9, 2017 Report Posted January 9, 2017 That sucks. Was a favorite stop. Gas in Winnoway as well on the Indian Reserve. Quote

jeffgrah Posted January 30, 2017 Report Posted January 30, 2017 Hit that place Saturday night and the guy had no gas at the pump but was able to give us a few gallons out of a can. Not sure if he I having issues or just no gas. Moffet closes at 5:00pm on Saturdays so we missed that one. Quote

quebec bob Posted March 22, 2020 Report Posted March 22, 2020 It is really incredible how many places have burned to the ground in Quebec out on the trail over the years....can help but wonder what the percentage comparison is but it seems extremely high probability that places struggling a bit burn down a lot.
