we have always stayed at the central
the rooms are very basic
the individuals at the bar have been very accommodating
we have always found a good stop if basic room is ok

we are trying to do the Gaspe starting the 20th of Jan leaving from RDL .
we tried about 3 years ago and warm weather happened.
at this time we have the first two nights booked and the last (all at the universal)
we have options mapped out with a listing of multiple hotels all dependent on the weather.

i only had the border guards check out the sleds in the trailer when i thought it was because of an extra sled
it was it. it was because the guard had the same make and model
This is a picture of my riding partner, getting prepped for winter, I think he even had the electric shield plugged in.
Not as adorable as the pup, but
Thank you to his wife (Ronda) for sharing the photo with me!

GT Rider,
Thank you for the additional detail on fuel, Just trying to fill in the information on Map source for my Garmin.
Smclelan,
That is the goal to be able to wake up to a sunrise of the sun coming up behind the Rock.
Planning for a first time trip to the eastern part of the Gaspie, so looking for recommendations for a place to stay close to the Perce Rock area and how far away fuel would be. There has been discussion that there is no fuel in Perce, but looks like there maybe fuel on 132 about 5 - 8 miles west.
Thank you in advance
