  3. are we sure about these dates cause if you are then 6001qho you want to reserve your rooms quick trust me last year in the region of haute mauricie, laurentiens and Abitibi were booked 2 to 3 wks in advance, take note that there are also a lot of unexperienced people on the trail that weekend and big groups also.... but a good way to initiate sledders who have never come to quebec to see whats its like.
  4. Iam sure looking forward to seeing all of you for the gathering, thank you for the quick response and i'm sorry i don't have all the rooms needed for everyone who wants to come, i will put out an idea for you thu if you wish to set up an other date for the rest of the people who want to come i'm open to that, and don't forget there is the school house, just make sure your reserved at the school house because for those of you who have been to the p.p. you probably don't want to go back. 1. can do an extra date for an other gathering 2. have 1 space left on cot in upstairs lobby, (charged only for meals) 3. will set up for a buffet dinner service starting a 7pm, should you want to join the group staying here you are more then welcome, for 35$ you will get hot buffet dinner and hot buffet breakfast, however call or write to reserve please. We have lots of fun, music, food and drink waiting for you, snowhite and big al ps. according to my calculations theres 138days left to snowmobiling season, up here anyway.....

  12. so heres the scoop, lucien just came from senneterre on the 83 and he said it was great, we spoke to someone from parent and to latuque it was also great what you need to watch for is the mauser lake YOU MUST STAY ON THE MARKED PATH the is about 2ft on slush ont the river if you go off the trail, but with the cold lately there is open water but stay on the trail and you'll be ok. we still have about 2ft of snow in clova with just a couple of rough spot close to the cross roads enjoy will you can alll the alliance were groomed for the last time this season on saturday and sunday. sorry no other conditions for you have some friends coming up tonight ans saturday from just about every trail this way so i'll let you know....
  13. fred and david came across from latuque on 83 going west and they said trail was very good, michel came up from st michel and it was really good also on the 13. these trails were groomed sunday and saturday, as for the lepine road it was done friday night and the balbuzard saturday night. the weather has been holding up durin the day it has been warm but at night it gets colder so we should be good for a while...... snowhite and big al
  14. md rider is here came in from parent on the 83,said it was great but this afternoon they hit freezing rain so turnedaround and came back to stay with us, this freezing stuff should be goood for the trails its been kind of warm. 15. shannon and her hubby came up the lepine today, they sai the trail was good 7+, it just has been groomed however its warm so the snow is mushy. Some other guys came up from fer a cheval and they rated the trails the same, they all have been groomes but its warm so the trails are a little slow. Have no fear thou cause its been snowing for the pass 2 days if we came just survive the march warm up we'll be good till april. be good have fun: snowhite
  16. ok, jean guy came up sunday it was nice to meat them, they said the trails were in good condition but a little slow, we still have lots of snow but its +5 today. 17. hey hey, its the 14th valentines day, don't forget to call your sweeties...... we've been getting snow the last couple of days, not much 3-4'', just enough to refresh our trails, the weather has also been nice -5 so far this morning great day for a ride, so have fun and be careful snowhite
  18. 1st of all its valentines day, so if your outhere riding and your sweety is at home don't forget to call and be specially nice, cause your out riding and they are at home!!!!!!! 2sd we got some more snow yesterday and a wee bit today, so the groomers will be out, be carefull and patient for these conditions will make for great trails our way. have a good day. snowhite
  19. Got to lova the clova right know, it was snowing this morning so the good condition of our trails will only be better, yahoo skidoo,,,,, Dave, Shannon and md came tru last night up from st Zennon and they said the trail were really good. Take care should you all decide to come up to our neck of the woods, lots of the eastern trails are closed do to conditions so be prepared and reserve ahead, last weekend was the no fee trail pass weekend in quebec so some people were upset when on thursday they were trying to book rooms in our region, and there was no were they could get reservations, howerver if i'm fully booked 1 wk ahead for that weekend can you imagine the well known places. Do come on up you will be pleasently surprised... snowhite and big al
  20. as of sunday the groomer was still there, we got snow today, but the trails we already good so know i guess they'll be '' graaaaaaaate' snowhite
  21. Trailblazer had a good route, and yes we really do recommende reserving in advance, because as playhard puts it you don't want to be turned around in the cold, however some people might of not been aware that last weekend 9-10 feb. was the free no trail pass fees weekend so as of thursday night the 8th all the hotels, and nooks and crannies had been book far in advance, most hotels will take all the reservations that they can when they can, so some times a little planning in advance gos a long way..... to assure you get the accomadations you want. Also just to let you know we got snow in clova today so that will make our trails really great, Dave, Shannon and Chris came up from St Zennon yesterday and said the trails were really great, so you should have fun....see you soon, snowhite
  22. Hey Rev, had some a coyple James and Gemma, comme in from that side of chibougamou last thursday, they said that the western side of lac st jean was in ok condition but as you get closer to chibougamou and down that the conditions only improved. So expect some ruff spots up there but still in ridable conditions. Have a great ride, snowhite
  23. Hey everyone, just a quick update..... groomers broken on lepine trail 30kms from clova be careful.... the trail was groomed by sled and scraper and the smicht gang said it was a very passable 7.. little bit of a detour for the ice bridge over from the rabaska. Clova to Senneterre: for wee bit section( ) from clova to balbuzard has not been groomed since the rain but the groomer has been out from senneterre to balbuzard have alain coming in from the fallion so i'll have the real deal then. As for the trails out of parent to clova, to fer a cheval and to wemontaci they have been groomed on friday night and the guys said it was really surprising how good it was after the rain.... i told them it was thanks to the hard work from the alliance du nord club..... yeh alliance snowhite and big al
