Doing the same trip in a week We call it "the rock", but it is Hotel Roquemont. http://www.roquemont.com/ not secured parking, but safe, never had a problem. Pull your fuses! Greasemonkey
We call it "the rock", but it is Hotel Roquemont.http://www.roquemont.com/ not secured parking, but safe, never had a problem. Pull your fuses! X2 on the Roquemont. Nice place, never a problem. Yamaha dealer across the parking lot. Gas right there. Right off trail 73. Phil 1
X3...not luxury, but restaurant, bar & rooms. Right where 23 & 73 meet...
Je me souviens
The Roquemont is the spot, but I do opt for the wheel lock. If you are staying the night before you hit the trail up to paradise the next morning. Do yourself a favor. Bring a pillow from home that you can stuff in the truck in the morning. Breakfast kicks ass there! The intercontinetal "bird" breakfast you get at some places just doesn't cut it for me.
