Jackstraw Posted March 7, 2011 Report Share Posted March 7, 2011 I was also hopeing to start a 3 day trip from there also hope it changes to snow and shapes up by fri into sat keep us updated thanks Jeff Don't worry about it guys, we just got back from a 900+ mile trip in 41/2 days, left from Auberge Mekinack just North of Shawinigan, trails where great got about a foot of snow that week,snowed all day Saturday, changed to light rain Sat evening and then woke up to six inchs of fresh snow, and it snowed hard all the way to Lake George on the drive home.
