Backcountry12
Coming from Roberval to La Tuque on Saturday morning. Is it faster on 355 or 83 to 73. And how long does it take. I would appreciate any info you all can share.
iceman
How long it takes depends how fast you ride. 355 definately faster. Take the trail on the Lake in Lac Edouard. Much faster than the trail all around the Lake. I left Roberval 7:30 am last Saturday morning. We by passed La Tuque on LT2 to continue south but i would say 4 hrs if you move great. If no maybe closer to 4.5 to 5 hrs. gas Lac Bouchette trail goes right through gas station. And then in Lac Edouard either at Domaine Lac Edouard (easiest if you do not know the the lay of the land) or at the Co-op store. markusvt
355 is 242KM, 83 to the 73 is 275KM, only a slight difference. 355 would only be slower if it was whooped the whole way, this only happens if you invite scorpionbowl. (I fat fingered the numbers first time) Edited February 9, 2017 by markusvt

Backcountry12
What about chapais to roberval? We were planning to be in chapais right now but had sled issues. Only got to Lebel Sur Quevillion tonight. I know it's about 3 hours from here to Chapis. Trying to call ahead as this is a busy weekend coming up from what I hear
