Trailblazer
As long as your sled/truck stays in wireless range of your phone, 1000'? And other phones, not quite perfected yet but those guys have a good idea and are on right track, pardon the pun.
markusvt
The odds of someone with the app in wireless range of your snowmobile or truck, better odds of getting hit by lightning 10 times in the same day. There are many devices to track stolen assets. All have a monthly or yearly fee, and you have to decide to use the cell network or satellite for tracking. The data sample rate decides the fees incurred. If the power is removed from the device or you loose cell/satellite access, or the frequency is jammed the tracking stops. The cell devices mainly work in the US, or CAN only, very few work in both.
rmk
Simple still works. 5 dollar toggle switch under hood and park nose to nose and cable. Truck remove ignition relay. Tech can work against you. In this age where you can remotely turn on a specific cell for tracking or marking . I personally don't want it.
