Having a CB is one thing
understanding French is another 
if you look at the frame around the NY liscence plate it says “Hoselton” which is a 100+ yr in business dealer in Rochester.
im guessing (but don’t know) the 3 guys in the truck are from Rochester area and none are fluent enough to pick up what the loggers are saying in the CB

One thing for certain 
when/if it does happen it will be at the worst possible spot AND when you least expect it
