Instead of going into Val D Or, as a suggestion, consider heading east from Senneterre on 83 to Pourvoirie du Lac Failllon. It's an awesome spot. Very clean, food is great and fuel on site. It would make it a 293 mile day BUT the first 161 miles to Lebel Sur Quevillon will go by very very quickly. That would also give you a couple of hours extra the following day in case you have an issue in the remote area.
Thanks for the suggestion Ill check that out for sure.

Or Roberval

Thanks for the suggestions I am looking to loop 93 to Val Dor than back around on 83. Any input would be great.

I received my passes in but they were gifts that were done in my name and information but paid for by some one else, and they both came in with the person that purchased them’s name. I am trying to get it corrected but have been unable to get a call back or email back on the situation from the FCMQ or the club. I just dont want to get hassled if I get stopped and the reg doesnt have my name on it.

Thanks for the input I am trying to decide to go up for the week to ride or not. How was it getting out of the hotel yesterday?
-
Mike do you think the riding will be woth while this week?
-
Thanks for the report trying to figure out to go up or not.

How much snow ended up falling?
-
How are the current conditions looking in RDL?
-
Glad to hear it thanks for the update any word on the storm next week?
-
How was the riding today?

Most times on the 1200s the front cooler cracks on the factory weld I have seen it happen on three seperate sleds.
-
Must be I had a sled crack a heat exchanger outside of murdochville last week.
-
I know its a long shot but I lost a go pro camera north of murdochville on trail 597 incase some one finds it.
-
One more question I had was how is the hotel to get to via sleds and if you had another suggestion to stay in that area I am just looking for a stopping point on my way back from cap chat on my way to RDL.

Thanks for the input much appreciated.

If you had to choose between hotel rimouski and gouverneur hotel what would you choose?
-
Where is a good place to stay in rimouski?
-
Thanks for the heads up
-
that will be good news if they plan to open it later in the season
-
My concern would be having to break trail and running out of fuel.

Trust me it was hard not to go take it across the field, hopefully it will only be a few more weeks.
