  1. Real Masse would be a great choice. We have stayed there more than a dozen times over the last 15 yrs or so. Great people, a nice choice of good food and you can hit a bunch of trails from there and do some nice loops. Stay away from weekends if possible. Good luck

Actually, we come out ahead.  Before, online requests through our Club's (No. 766) website www.hillandgullyriders.com (currently under re-construction) were directed to my email.  I would fill out the trail pass and rush it off to the Post Office where I would pay roughly $12.00 (more if it went to the U.S.) to send it registered mail so that it could be tracked.  Add to that, the roughly $7.00 that PayPal dinged us for the pre-season sale price of $315, and you're looking at a $20.00 cost, more of less, per trail pass. That $20 came out of the $180 that we got to keep per pass sold (The remaining $135 went to cover off the cost of the liability insurance and the amount retained by the federation to finance its operations).  Under the new regime, we get to keep all $180 and don't have to do any of the paperwork or the running around distributing passes, gathering up passes, counting cash, trips to the bank, etc. etc..  It definitely takes a massive load of the shoulders of our beleaguered volunteers, and we're $20 to the good!

Well that's GREAT news then !! You certainly don"t want the clubs to get less than what they get now.

Stayed at Lac Fallon a couple of weeks ago. It’s a great stop with excellent food, I had the Filet Mignon.  Stephanie was tending their spacious bar.  Just an awesome place.   They helped our group solve a sled break down problem by loading the broken sled into a pickup truck and driving it to the dealer.  But there is more. Being old and forgetful I left a Garmin In-Reach in my room.  A day later I called Stephanie and she said she would ship it back to me. Oh and she didn’t want me to pay for the cost of shipping it. This is service above and beyond.  You couldn’t ask for nicer hosts on a saddlebag trip and one of the reasons I love riding in Quebec. The In-Reach was in my mail box today.

This is why we keep coming back, again and again and .................  !!!!!!
