  3. Tabernack is "Québécois" slang for well let's say, something written in English here that would need ### instead of letters to be polite. Comes from the word Tabernacle. The altar in church.
  4. Thanks All. Steve you are funny. But it's true. Iceman frozen.
  5. Day 5 Stayed at Quality Inn to try something new in Val d'Or was great. The free continental breakfast was awesome. Plus saved 15% on room with aaa card. Nice. Sleds both started today no problems. Mine was again plugged in all night and the battery brought inside again. Left Val d'Or at 9:30 am 83 east to Louvincourt then 386 down to 63. Turned around and reversed the same trajectory back to Forrestel in Val d'Or. Locked and loaded at hotel. 230 miles today. Truck to Relais Iceman Tmmrw. 1100 miles for the 5 days.
  6. Yes sir, nice to talk with you guys wish we had more time. Keep on rolling guys.
  7. Yeah he had it installed on there. But it is a beast to pull start. Take it from the guy who does the pulling on that rope, me. Takes a lot of pulls even after spinning engine from clutch side to loosen it up. No fun at all. When it's warm and say bad starter or something then yeah good for that.
  8. Yeah I guess that helps. Ours was on no doubt. Just junk.
  9. Or stop here on your way, right off HGWY 40 at exit 144. http://www.daysinnberthier.com I called they have one week passes $200 tax included. Always open. They speak English. Easy on easy off. Hotel is right there next to Mc Donald's

  12. We have a Geunis GB30 with us. Same like yours small 400 cranking amps. It Did not function Day 1. Showed full charge and was not working. Came right out of a warm hotel room too was not out in cold before we tried it. Today others at Seneterre had the jump box from hotel outside so I grabbed that it was right there for the E-Tec. Gonna see tmmrw if we need it tmmrw we will try it again. Thinking it could be defective it is brand new.
  13. Day 4 A brisk -35c this am in Seneterre. However good news is Apex was on the coolant heater all night. And fired right up. Despite having taken the e-Tec battery inside it still needed a assist from the jump box but literally started very easily with the booster on. 83 east out of Seneterre to the right turn on Orange trail back to 386 and up into Louvincourt. All super. Stopped for early lunch there in Louvincourt and topped off the gas. Then off again. The rest of today was a bingo day with an assortment of Orange trails and Green stitched together with purpose to cover the most ground. We looped up over down back etc etc etc. I won't bore you with all the numbers and details. Super day bright blue sky but cold. Oh well. 215 miles today. Good enough for me.
