  1. I think this is a great idea. I wonder if someone could put together something we could just forward? I'm not that computer literate.
  2. last year I had several friends stopped outside of Rivere du loup. for high speeds these were definitely officers. they just took there info and informed them if they had any other speeding tickets they would be getting one in the mail. apparently they cannot look this stuff up from there sled? nothing ever showed up but one was thinking he'd get a ticket seen five years ago he got one. Another question is do these passes have dates on them? Could you buy one and be good for the season?
  3. I also had a 22 xrs 900r. so a bump sled and a touring sled.
  4. great pics looks like you had a great time.
  5. yes the heavy dry weight seems out of place as far as other four-stroke sleds. I had a xcr 650 last year liked it alot but wasn't the sled for saddlebaging trips so it didn't get used much so I sold it. now just one sled set up for what I do 90% of the time.
  6. I'm waiting on the turbo version for next year.
  7. I wonder how many other sections are having the same problem?
  8. I would suggest everyone carrying fuel. that's a long run if your pushing any snow and if it's like it normally is and smooth its hard not to run fast.
  9. guys where is camp Casey located? didn't see it on 345?
  10. I prefer 22. accommodations are a separate building with a common room to hangout. with bedrooms down two wings. bathrooms are shared but plenty big enough. food was pretty good there as well. service last year was great also a small bar where some locals come in. side note one of the helpers said they have snow into late April to ride.
  11. that's quebec hospitality at its best.
  12. guys saw this yesterday and it didn't change today. is 3 going to be open now imotoniege doesn't show it closed?
  13. I remember last year dealing with two big snowfalls in quebec of 30" in 24 hours. weather like there seeing now is stay in the hotel and drink lol.
  14. any obvious problems seen yet with the "bad" motor?
  15. I know a group made it last year no gas on sleds. several Mach z and a 850renegade. top speed was 30mph. and the z's were in echo mode. but that's no fun carry gas and pin it.
  16. did they build a ice bridge at this spot before? our is there a road crossing just out of picture view?
  17. on imotoniege it's still the old way. wonder if it was rerouted to go by there clubhous?
  18. if a easy go around like guys posted is still available it won't be bad.
  19. I am planning on bringing my brother and my niece to the powersports show in Toronto. last year only one person in the group had to do this is it still the same?
  20. first thing I have seen accidents at high speeds and the snowmobile were not tore up that bad. both sleds doing 100mph? second thing from my riding this year is I have noticed more people riding left In groups when trying to pass from behind. I finally was able to talk to one group that spoke English and the led guy has a communicator telling about oncoming traffic. so when coming from behind these guys are all over the place thinking there safe. I'm sure my passes on the right in a straight away pissed some off but what the he**
  21. this sounds like a great summer project involving lots of captain and coke 👌
  22. thanks for the info I see they also switched to the ras x front suspension thus year but 38" wide. are they a handful in the twistes?
