yes they will not groom till more snow ,,,, lake macdonald lower section is supposed to be all done this year but upper section to arundel probably not this year ,,, they got a new dozer and it has a branch cutter like the other dozer , so they have two dozers with them now hope to ride up soon .

yes i used to do a lot in your area , unload in st Jacques and ride north , love the area , have done alot in lac st. jean and also the gaspe but i have friends up in duhamel and lac simon and lac gagnon , have not done long rides for a couple of years since my trailer was stolen and alot of friends have dropped from the sport . so i do more local stuff , day rides etc. sometimes alone and at my age getting stuck is not fun with a rx1 . anyway we may hook up one day . post if you are going west and i will do the same if going east . merry xmas

some part of 43 is supposed to reopen this year over by lac des plages but as far as i know lac des seizes ile to weir will still be closed , also the town of st. adolfe de howard has a new council and they have been talking of reopening their trails for this winter.. KEEP OUR FINGERS CROSSED . and ride lots .
