  3. Went out this afternoon and took a few pics. Trails look good however the ice is not too far under that snow especially in the corners! Other than that it's smooth sailing. Next Saturday the 28th of February there is a vintage sled show and ride. Starting point is Le resto bar Le Maski in St-Zotique. Sleds arrive in the morning to register. Departure is at 11:00. We go for a ride, vintage and new sleds to another establishment Martin Village. Upon returning later in the afternoon to Le Maski there will be Radar Runs for the vintage sleds. Supper will follow. Everyone is welcome!! A few pics from today.
  4. The Antique sled show is February 28th. I do know that we leave the restaurant Le maski at 11:00 a.m. and there is an inscription fee for the antique sleds of 15$ which includes supper. I will find out more info on the itinerary.

  8. Just wanted to say that we are having a few events in the next 2 months, so i thought i would share -our annual Poker Run is on Saturday February 7th, there are 5 stops ending in St-Clet for a lasagna supper and handing out the prizes for winning hands. -last year we had our first antique sled show and tour had about 40 sleds. This years is supposed to be at the end of February likely the 28th. It's a pleasant ride and usually some radar runs for the old sleds. (some new ones sneek in for a few as well) -in february and march on Sundays there are radar races on the St Lawrence behind the restaurant Le Maski I will post as i get more info.....or if you really need to know something pm me Mustang00
  9. My suit is made by Angora and I love it never cold -20and under i will wear long johns under my sweat pants but normaly i don't. Sometimes i wear a polar fleece sweater that has a full zipper opening because i usually take it off a couple of miles down the trail. Hubby wears Choko and he has no complaints.
  10. Thank you for the update...we went to St Sophie on Saturday...can't believe the traffic up there. we were contemplating coming back by lachute but we were a little apprehensive and did not. Next weekend we will give it a try. Mustang00
