Bill found the fix for this, I did it to my 1200 with 15000 on it over the summer. The gear that they reindex can be replaced , it is like 50. USD plus labor. So if they are re-indexing it, see if they have the replacement installed? It now shifts so smoothly I cant even feel it switch to reverse.
