Great to meet you Clark, hopefully we'll ride again sometime!

Well i didn't get to meet either of you at the Mekinac but thanks to Jackstraw i now have a great place to stay. Richard and I hit it off really good after he found out that i knew mainframe computers from my earlier years in IT. We left on the 22nd to Roberval and found the trail from Edouard was junk. That was the only rough trail we found the entire week. Are you saying that it hadn't been groomed since 2/25?

That's what I was told at Lac Edouard the pipline was groomed Fri night and North of lac edouard on Wed. the 25th. I'm glad you liked Richard's place Gizz, he's a great guy and will help you out in any way he can.
Kel
Just rode down 355 from Lac St. Jean to Auberge Mekinac and it was beautiful. Just groomed I think Sunday. Saw your truck (Jackstraw) at Richards when we left on Friday. How was the Casino?

Saw your truck (Jackstraw) at Richards when we left on Friday. How was the Casino? The casino was great except you can't have a drink and gamble at the same time! They have a bar in there but you can't take it out on the gaming floor, kinda takes the fun out of playing. I did win $120 bucks though at roulette. We stayed at the Fairmont next to the casino, what a place.
