  1. Handwarmers yeah so very important. Definately a selling point. I need to get a Ski Doo now. So my hands are warm. OK. Muffs yeah no. Funny. If you properly set up an Apex they handle just fine. Not an issue. Do not get me wrong when and if Yamaha is no longer building sleds in JAPAN then I would ride BRP.
  2. Yeah true so for most its fine. They are lucky to ride 2k miles if that a year so fine for most. For me not so much.
  3. Waiting for the pics of the BRP 1200 with 30,000 miles show me that. Then we can talk about being bulletproof. With no major repairs that is.
  4. Yes, Real Estate and Homes, you got me there. Not much else.
  5. Keep her on the trail. Digging is bad! Sounds like a great run so far. Keep it going!
  6. Lets start a list of things that the Price has gone down on in the past 2 years............ Anyone? Your Dreaming if you think things will go down in price. Come back to Earth. You will wait a long time. No matter who builds whatever.
  7. Feb 20 5pm 32F 5"+ new snow here Still snowing. Major snow in Quebec city area and even More in Charlevoix 30-50cm
  8. Chaincase on the 2014 srViper is Arctic Cat. Nuff said.
  9. Yamaha says the Viper WILL be built in TRF.
  10. Good Luck with that. Its an abortion if you ask me. Gotta be crazy to buy that thing especially first year. I see many Yamaha techs making alot more money next year. Hope I am wrong. You can put lipstick on a pig(or Cat) and its still a pig. Artic Cat and Quality and Reliability just do not go together.
  11. Yamacat=JUNK Thankfully the only choice I will need to make is Blue or Red for my new 14 Apex XTX. Still made in Japan where Quality still matters.
  12. Feb 20 10 am 32F 3-4" new snow Stil snowing
  13. Trail is not closed from Windigo to Relais 22 it has been re-routed. Its fine. Just not as fast as it was.
  14. Exactly right "don't need no stinkin numbers" Trail does not run through Matchi-Mantou that is for sure. Not now anyway.
  15. Do not Know Matchi-Manitou? What is it? I saw nothing on that trail all the way to Lac Faillon. Saw one hangar or maybe old mine site near a logging road.
  16. Thought it was labeled as 386 but could be mistaken. Either way that is it. It surely ends up at 386 if its not labeled it. I do not really follow the numbers I just go left, right or straight. I don't need no numbers.
  17. Most Lodges are off the beaten track. I don't do much trailering but know the best places are for sure not gonna be the easiest to truck in to. Just the way it is.
  18. "the Shortcut" is the 386 to Louvincourt from near Lac Faillon. Its just faster if going to Val d'or from Lac Faillon (instead of 83 to Seneterre then to Louvincourt then to Val d'or.)
  19. What a difference a day can make! Wow Groomer. Back in the saddle for you! Good to see.
  20. I'm packing my stuff. Parent here I come. Thank You Snowman. I will open a Real Auberge there. Iceman style. Sounds like another great day. I agree on the F-Balbazard and WTF on the section of 83 that is no man's land it always sucks. Nonsense.
  21. Others would know better but try this...... www.Ontarioconditions.com
