43 WEST TO GO TO DUHAMEL WILL BE CLOSED THIS YEAR I HEARD TODAY and 43 WEST OF 16 ISLAND LAKE IS STILL NOT READY TO OPEN ALL BECAUSE OF 400 FEET OF ACCESS . LONG DETOURS

LOTS OF SNOW IN QUEBEC AND THE RIGAUD CLUB IS NOT GROOMING YET , I GOT STUCK ON ONE OF THEIR TRAILS THIS PAST WEEKEND FOR OVER 1 HOUR, AND ONLY GOT OUT BECAUSE OF A GOOD SAMARITAN WHO HELPED GET ME OUT OF 4 FEET OF POWER , NEVER GROOMED ON THE TRAIL TO PT. FORTUNE , NO REASON FOR THIS , WE PAY FOR PASSES TO HAVE GROOMED TRAILS , ALL THE OTHER CLUBS UP AND RUNNING FOR WEEKS LIKE THE DALHOUSIE CLUB DOING A GREAT JOB , THE TRAIL LEAVING RIGAUD WAS NOT EVEN DONE ,, THEY GET A REAL LEMON FOR THEIR LACK OF EFFORT .

How are you and how did your trip go last year , did you make it across ontario ?, Looks like a good start for this season and we may see you out there sometime...

The grommer has done a great job this early in the year , that club in Dalhousie always seems to make great trails and most were excelllent condition

A new trail around the NARROWS of lake macdonald should be ready soon , because they get open water there sometimes and had 1 sled go in last year . also a reroute of the trail 43 west of 16 island lake to pass on the other side of the little lake to avoid the problems of the last few years and reopen the great corridor to the west over to lake simon .

GOOD to see you on this site again , hope we have a good winter like last , and we will see you on the trail....

I USED TO STAY AT THE CABANON A LOT YEARS A GO . LAKES WAS GREAT THIS PAST SATURDAY BUT THE CLOSED OFF THE ST. PLACIDE EXIT WITH A RIBBON AND TPPK THE PICKETS DOWN BUT I AM SHURE THE CROSSIN AT CHUTE DE BLONDEAU WILL STILL BE GOOD FOR A WHILE . ALSO ALFRED BUT THEY MIGHT STOP GROOMING IN ONT.

I AM WITH YOU THERE . I WILL HAVE TO TRAILER NORTH . BUT A LOT OF CLUBS HAVE STOPPED GROOMING THIS PAST WEEKEND .. THAT LOOKED LIKE RIGAUD ICE CREAM..LOL HOPE TO SEE YOU NEXT YEAR OR MAYBE ON THE MOTORCYCLES . PS. DID YOU ORDER A NEW SLED ??

ALL SNOWMOBILE TRAILS ON LAKE OF TWO MTNS. ARE CLOSED AND PICKETS REMOVED . TRAIL CLOSED RIBBEN UP ON SIDE OF ST. PLACIDE . I PASSED YESTERDAY AND THEY WERE PUTTING IT UP AS I WAS MAKING MY WAY BACK HOME. TRAILS NORTH TO LACHUTE AND PINE HILL WERE IN EXCELLANT SHAPE AND FRESHLY GROOMED . THEY WILL BE OPEN FOR A GOOD WHILE YET.

always that money thing . sorry to hear that .i guess we will have ride up north. i talked to the pres. of the pine hill club and he said they will groom till the snow goes home . ya got to love it . also some of the closures will be fixed for next year i was told like 43 west and poss. new trails around somemore lakes up there . up to duhamel was great last friday; were did you stay in st zenon ???

HOW IS THE GROOMING OUT YOUR WAY ? i WENT TO THE SLED SHOW IN LAVAL YESTERDAY . I THOUGHT WE MIGHT MEET. WAY BETTER TO HAVE THE SHOE THERE THAT AT PLACE BONNAVENTURE

SOME CLUBS ARE STILL GROOMING BUT SOME MIGHT STOP DUE TO LACK OF MONEY AFTER ALL THAT SNOW . WOW NOT ME COMPLAINING OF THAT SNOW .

HOPE YOU HAD FUN THOSE QUEBEC TRAILS ARE THE BEST , TOO BAD YOU HAD TO DO ALL THAT TRAILERING . BUT THIS YEAR WAS BAD FOR TRAILS CLOSING . BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME

RODE FROM ALFRED ONT . NOT GROOMEDAND HARD FROZEN . CROSS THE RIVER TO MOTEBELLO AND IT WAS GREAT ALL THE WAY TO DUHAMEL FOR LUNCH . VERY FEW SLEDS OUT BUT WE HELPED A FEW AMERICANS OUT WHO BLEW UP A DOO . GOOD RIDING UP THERE FOR ANOTHER MONTH.

its all good I became a grandpa last feb. to a great little boy . all the fun with none of the trouble ... lol.
