You are right and it sounds like you did the same loop we did, we did the whole tour you mentioned in 11 days, it was 75 every day, sunny and it never rained, amazing trip, we followed it up by going home thru northern New Brunswick and western Maine then NH and VT on the way back to Mass. 2100 miles!! We went over on the fast cat from Portland Maine to Yarmouth, beautiful country.

I passed through this Canadian Town on my motorcycle 2 years ago, some of our friends or moderators north of the border may recognize it.

Even downtown Anchorage is nice!!

A few pics of Homer Alaska, the marina, the Salty dog saloon and light house, the snow blower for the train tracks and a few shops on the beach.

I will post some pics of Homer, ice is right, very hard to come home, just getting your bags unpacked in 2 weeks, probably few places in the world more fun than homer in July and August. It is a small world Neksledr, my sister lives in Pittsford Vermont with you.

Kenia peninsula in the coopers landing area and down to the canyons and skilack lake. Been 3 times, all 2 week trips late September early October. Really great place if you love the outdoors and fly fishing and hunting. They don't call it the last frontier for nothing!!

Nothing quite like fly fishing Alaska where every cast could be the best fish of your life!!
