snowrider3
For what it's worth, the Federation site states yes, gas available at the sawmill. I have not been through yet this year to verify. http://www.fcmq.qc.ca/Pratiquerlamotoneige...CA/Default.aspx http://www.motoneigechibougamau.com/conditions.htm
mikerider
We made the ride today. Gas at the old sawmill is available, and the cafeteria is open. Also the relais south of Chibougoumuea is open and has gas. Both are cash sales only, I believe. Mike
grumpysanta
Is it still the tanker at the relais trailer ?
mikerider
The relais has a big tank and a regular looking type gas pump. «i hadn`t been there for a few years. Surprised Bernie is gone, now two women run it. Food was great. Also the sawmill cafeteria had great tasting cakes.
Greasemonkey
I know we really don't have a choice, but, is the gas quality safe? I know there was some water issues at times.
viper2
I know we really don't have a choice, but, is the gas quality safe? I know there was some water issues at times. I know there were some posts about problems there, but i have filled there a few times in the past and never had any trouble.Just to be safe put a bottle of dry gas in when you fill up there.
