sledzz
Hi Everyone, This has been asked many times before but i cant seem to find the answer or post. I have read in posts in past years about a person that will organize a saddlebag trip through Gaspe? I was looking at leaving from Rimouski area and travelling east on the 5 across the top and down to Pierce area then back up through Murdochville / Chic Chocs and back up toward 595 and back up to 5 and back to the truck at Rimouski. Will just be myself and my wife. 200 to 250 KM a day seem realistic? Thanks for any help or direction provided. Happy and safe trails to you all. Fuse6
The two tour companies l know of are 1. Bonvoyage Snow Adventures 2. Snow Tours Quebec Both are operated by fellows from the U.S. Both run Gaspe trips a couple different weeks in March. Sure members here at QR could plan you out a route and lodging if we knew the following: 1. Number of days you have to ride 2. Pace you like to travel 3. Preference for lodging, there is some very nice places if traveling with your spouse and there is some older motels that are suitable for the guys trip, maybe not so much if it’s your second honeymoon. If travelling with your wife 200 -250 km a day would be a good distance. Lots to see and frequent stops to take pictures or enjoy the views particularly if it’s your first trip to the Gaspe. MrGutz
I remember a website with a preplanned set of places.... I think this was the group\site. https://www.tourisme-gaspesie.com/en/visiter/aventure-blanche-/7240046.html Along with what Fuse has said, it should be easy. Also Look at where Iceman just went too.
