Alder is a tree

In 1997 I left my blown up 1996 ZRT 600 on the hill beside the hotel Central and gas station for a week with the key in it and when I finally got back there to pick it up it was still there so the theft thing didn't work out for me...

My brother was a referee for oil wrestling on one of those Thursday night events many years ago. Have stayed there several times since the 90's a good enough place close to everything and not to expensive.

The dragon club was selling gas along the Swisha to Temiscaming trail. Uses a logging road so very fast long sweeping turns can be done very quickly if your looking to make time. I have done this trail several times because its so fun to ride. If coming from Swisha you get on this trail at the fork take the one to the left that goes across the bridge for the Dumoine River Rapids.

Hi Bill Going to run from Saint Raymond up to Lake Saint John starting Thursday first day will be to Alma and then Mount Valin on Friday. Saturday is open to something new, return on Sunday. Hope the trails are still good by all indications they should be.

That trail is very straight forward and the only game in town very hard to screw up also very fast running high speed is the order of the day.

No gas in Duex Riveres gas in Stonecliffe and Matawa both are on the other side of the Ottawa river and not accessable from this Quebec side trail.

I have done that trail numerous times over the past several years and its very high speed it covers over 100 miles. Some years its closed due to logging. The Dragon camp folks have gas so getting from Swisha to Temiscamingue was never an issue. Its a nice loop leave Friday to Val Dor and come back via this trail on Sunday. Back in 2006 my brother and I left from Quyon and used this trail to make our trip to Notre Dame du Nord possible it was 450 miles up on Saturday and 450 miles back on Sunday. If that trail was not there we would never had made it to Notre Dame du Nord.

Please keep us posted plan to ride out of Rivière-du-Loup on Saturday for our week long Gaspe Bay trip.

I'm planning on RDL departure March 9th lets keep our fingers crossed that new snow arrives. Going to be in the arera from the 9th to the 16th so lots of time to explore the back country. Is there a place to leave your truck in trailer that is safe in RDL.

Going up on the 9th coming back on the 16th perhaps we will see you there.

Be there march 8th for a week.
