  1. Happy Thanksgiving Everyone. I hope you have a great day with close family and good friends. May all your snowfalls be heavy ones!
  2. Another question is: Will this trail even be groomed? Without the fuel supply at the sawmill can the groomers travel in and back? I suspect the two clubs would groom to each side of the facility.
  3. Has anyone heard if trail 383 will be open this season? This is the trail that runs east and west on the south side of the Saguenay River.
  4. I have only traveled that route once. I remember there was a Relais 25 miles south of Chib. but I don't think it sold gas.
  5. That would create a big problem. The only way through would be to haul fuel. From La Dore' to Chibougamau is about 165 miles. There are not many sleds that will make that without extra fuel on board. I was planning on that loup this winter, hopefully some good new will come before my trip.
  6. Bill you are 100% correct, 9 times out of 10 snowmobilers are there own worst enemy. Riding off the marked trails, loud pipes or cans, excessive speed around other trail users or urban areas, drinking, driving beyond control or abilities....... and the list goes on
  7. Any guesses on what trail Andyman and I are on?
  8. Next Wednesday is looking like the start of good times to come. There are a couple days after that that may be a little mild but no more warm weather in the forecast. I am not a Turkey Day sledder but I have for the last several years been to the Gaspesie for the first weekend in January. The sooner the accumulations start the better. Murdochville Weather
  9. It is hard to tell from the picture, the person looks to be about as tall as he is wide. Could it be Fluffy??
  10. That is good news! That was a pain in the butt crossing the road all the time.
  11. So the area you are talking about is between Baie Comeau and Godbout? Heading toward the Northeast?
  12. WOW!! That is a nice bridge! No sag in that one. With the cable in front or your truck, will it be harder to turn the Bull? Very, very impressive looking structure. I am surprised they don't have pieces of lumber runninng legth wise for ski guides, or for the studs to run on to prevent wear on the main deck. Thanks for going out to get pics, I was wondering how they were progressing.
  13. Anyone recognize this banner?
  14. Looks like a great rig Chopper. Lots of room for people and gear. There is enough room there for lots of people to split on gas. Inexpensive, comfortable, roomy transportation
  15. Happy Birthday Rob. Heres to many more.
  16. I believe that is just another testament of what a postive influence he was on snowmobiling in his area, and the province. Very Nice.
  17. I am 6' and 200lbs. I weather the extreme and they fit very well. I have never been cold.
  18. Tabernach!! I have been exposed.
  19. I had a great time as well. Saw lots of sites and lots of . Never did see a giraffe though. Here is a pic of a Gaspesie Moose getting his pic taken by Groomer.
  20. I am not sure of the name of the motel but is it in St Raymond?
  21. Happy Birthday doobraap!! Don't listen to Big Braap, if your not getting stuck, then your not trying hard enough.
