Tourist walked into a Chinese curio shop in San Francisco.

 
While looking around at the exotic merchandise, he noticed a very lifelike, life-sized,

bronze statue of a rat. It had no price tag, but was so incredibly striking the tourist 

decided he must have it. He took it to the old shop owner and asked, "How much for

the bronze rat?”

 
"Ahhh, you have chosen wisely!   It is $12 for the rat and $100 for the story," said

the wise old Chinaman.

 
The tourist quickly pulled out twelve dollars and handed it to the shop owner.  "I'll

just take the rat, you can keep the story.”

 
As he walked down the street carrying his bronze rat, the tourist noticed that a few

real rats had crawled out of the alleys and sewers and had begun following him

down the street. This was a bit disconcerting so he began walking a bit faster.

 
A couple blocks later he looked behind him and saw to his horror the herd of rats

behind him had grown to hundreds, and they began squealing.

 

Sweating now, the tourist began to trot toward San Francisco Bay.

 
Again, after a couple blocks, he looked around only to discover that the rats now

numbered in the MILLIONS, and were squealing and coming toward him faster

and faster.

 
Terrified, he ran to the edge of the Bay and threw the bronze rat as far as he could

into the Bay.

 
Amazingly, the millions of rats all jumped into the Bay after the bronze rat and

were all drowned.

 

The man walked back to the curio shop in Chinatown. "Ahhh," said the owner,

"You come back for story?”

 

"No sir," said the man. "I came back to see if you have a bronze Democrat.”

Blasphemy !!!

I agree, but I would bet the Liabilty Ins states on the 72nd page in fine print, Liability is for damages done or injuries occuring by the sled, not to the sled or rider. As well as a clause stating damage and injuries while on marked trails and not on private property adjacent to the marked trails.
If said stump was just beyond the marked trail, and cleared for general maintenance, but not with in the maintained coridor, therefore not covered and defaults to the Insured leasie's general liability insurance policy.
Think of the scene in the The Jerk at the Carnival Booth....
 
Or some Bull Shit like that.
I feel I spend on a lot on Insurance and factory warranties, and these are designed to protect the companies, not the insured....

The Durham Report

After more than three and a half years and tens of millions of taxpayer dollars, special counsel John Durham has issued a 300-page report on how the FBI botched the Russian Collusion investigation.
You may remember another special counsel, Robert Mueller, who found out after spending tens of millions of dollars that the Trump campaign had nothing to do with plots from Russia and that the entire thing was engineered by the Hillary Clinton campaign.
The FBI, of course, knew that early on, but the bureau chose to probe the matter anyway to make Donald Trump look bad and possibly tilt the election to Hillary.
Durham does not name names because he's part of the Washington establishment, but the culprits are former FBI Director James Comey, former Assistant Director Andrew McCabe, and the notorious Peter Strzok, who orchestrated the fraudulent investigation. All three were banished from the FBI but will not be prosecuted in a court of law.
Why not? Because Attorney General Merrick Garland is a Democrat who takes orders from another Democrat named Joe Biden.
Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to the DC swamp, where powerful government agencies are now actively interfering in presidential campaigns. How about those 51 former national security people who signed a letter saying Hunter Biden's laptop was a Russian plant? It's one big happy political hack family.
In fact, I think all the Russian Collusion-Hunter Biden guys and gals should have a reunion down the road; they could lift a glass and toast the fact that they almost did it. They were this close to ushering Hillary into power and actually helped Biden win.
It's all about ideology and subterfuge. This is America today.

Ok digging around some more it seems the bridge needed to reopen this section “officially” (as people were passingon it this year anyway it was just not fully groomed) will be completed this summer. To reopen next season is the plan.
