  1. Too cool. I can't imagine working on one of those monsters!
  2. Thanks Gentlemen. They also have a website www.domainelacedouard2012.com
  3. Does anyone know the name and telephone number of the small motel on Lac Edouard South of Lake Jean on trail 355? We stopped there for food about 3 years ago and noticed they had about 6 motel rooms.
  4. No new snow here. We are supposed to get some Wed. Still can't ride here unless you like to slide around on ice. Am leaving tomorrow for St Michele des Saints. Some already there say trails are very good to Riviere Matawin.(360 and 317) I live north of the Adirondacks near Lk. Champlain. Thank goodness for Quebec!!! Jeff
  5. Great pics! Where and when was the show? How can I find the dates of upcoming shows and vintage racing. It would be fun to tour to one of these! My first was a Massy Ferguson Ski Whiz. Pull rope was a cable. Pull it wrong and over the windshield you'd go! Jeff
  6. Yahoo, Even supposed to get some accumulation in Adirondacks. 5 of seven in my group bought new sled, all SD's. I really hope we can start riding earlier than last 2 winters, i.e. mid Jan! Jeff
  7. How can we Help? If we can't ride in Quebec next season, We will be very frustrated as there was very few miles we were able to ride in NY last season. Four of us recently ordered new Skidoo sleds. Again, How can we help? Jeff et al
  8. Ian, Thanks for pics and info. I'm taking notes so I don't miss Spring riding next year Jeff
  9. A few weeks ago, someone posted that they were going to trailer to Abitibi trails and ride. How was it someone? I,m already thinking of next winter and wondering were you started, rode, stayed etc. Does anyone know of any condo we could stay in for a few days and ride up there? Touring is great fun, great excitement and unfortunately a great expence. A condo split 4-6 ways and cooking 2 meals per day is a lot less. Thanks for any responces. Jeff
  10. Good season 4425 miles. Not as good as you Bill, but not too bad for a slightly younger 70's guy still working full time! I'll try to catch up when I retire. Of those 4425 only about 100 were in NY. Jeff
  11. Low fuel pressure could also be caused by a faulty pressure regulator. A few years ago I had an Articat T660 Turbo that had poor acceleraation but no check engine light. New regulator fixed it! Jeff
  12. Hi Bill, I have the same thing with just over 9,000 miles. Have replaced primary clutch ramps 2x. Love it! Why are you selling it? Jeff
  13. Thanks for info. We plan to stay in Carleton night 2. Then up to La cache and to Murdochville night 3. The dotted orange trail from Murdochville to Grande Valiee, what is that like and should we call for conditions or will some at the Copper Inn know? We are plannig to tour gaspe' counter clockwise. Is this a big no no? Does everyone go clockwise?
  14. Thanks. We plan to ride on this! Does this trail have a number? what's trail condition?
  15. We are planning another tour of the Gaspe' for1st week or 2-3rd in March. Last year we left Riviere du Loup to Matane, to Murdocville, to see the rock and to Chandler, to Point a la croix, to Edmunston NB, then north on 85 to RDL and trucks. 5 1/2 days riding. It was great! What do you think is the most scenic/mountainous/coolest things to see. Where are the mummies?? We are thinking of a 5 1/2 day trip 180-220 mile per day starting again at RDL, trail 5 to St Paulin, trail 595 to 5, then secondary trail (no Number) Mt Carleton to 5 west of Nouvelle, then on 5 to Albertville or 587s to Albertville, then 587n to 5, then to 548 to 85 north to RDL Any comments/suggestions would be appreciated. Jeff

  17. Does anyone if trail 33 is ok from St Michele Des Saints to Repo?
  18. Artcat 900, myself and 4 others are planning a tour leaving from SDMS to Repo, Parent, Sennetier, Chibougamou, Lac Boushete on 355, Riviere Matawin, back to SMDS. We're planning to leave Thurs 1/24/13 There was talk about 33 being closed from 360 to Repo. We rode thru there on Jan 7 and it was great! A little slush on 1 of the lakes. Is it open now? Does anyone know the name and phone number of the lodge in Lac Boushette on 355 north of Lac Edourd? Anyone stay in Parent other than the Central? I think I remember a motel about 2-4 blocks away. Any favorite places to stay in Sennetiere or Chibougmou? Thanks, Jeff

  22. Mark, Sorry you can't make it. Do you my friend Stan Damakos the limo driver. I was talking to him today and he mentioned a guy that wanted to ride with us early Jan and lived in Lk George, is that you? Next time, Jeff
  23. Mark, I'll get back to you tomorrow, but if my memory serves me right the round trip may be about 160 mi since we can't go on Lake Torro yet. If trails and weather are good we could take new trail to Kanawana and back. I'll check with friend that usually leads. Where do plan to stay or do you live near St. Mich? I live in Mooers Forks, NY which is north of Plattsburgh near border. Jeff Towing, Alain Can we meet you some where? Jeff
