We went today January 29 and many sculptures are ready although many artisans are still at work. The official dates of the festival are from 24 January to 9 February 2014 . It's a beautiful ride destination to admire these gigantic ice artworks , more than 40 to see! I will put only 4 to tickle you a little ... Unfortunately the sun was not there during our visit and the pictures do not do justice ... it is much more impressive in real life.I dare not even think the talent and patience it takes to carve chains in ice !If you go at night is also very beautiful because most are illuminated..... Day or night,it is to see if you have the chance...
