crossed the river on monday 3/14/11. still frozen, snow was mushy from weekend rain

I don't know if the sled trail will go here. It was a small goat path trail I found to this look out, looking east. The look out looking to the west has aroad you can drive up in a car, this is where the hang gliders launch from.

Groomer, no we did not pass through Causapscal . ( I have stopped at the relais there before). From Rimouski we rode through zec B.S.L. to stay at le camp de bucherons in St. Frncois. On way back from La chache to Amqui we navigate by ZEC maps and TOPO maps. rode in zec Casault. Joe

Leaving for a week quad ride around Gaspesie. This is a magnificent place to see in the summer.

rev1, I stayed at the Hotel Central many years ago, before the 4seasons was open.All I remember about the place was the beds whore about 5' long and floor was 6'' out of level.The walls were shaking from the loud boom-boom from the bar downstairs. But we use to always use to stop and eat at the restaurant.
