  1. Great ride...and absolutely one of the best parts of riding Quebec has always been the hospitality and camaraderie at days end over dinner and drink....this current situation is a real issue...all government created...rest assured these idiots who won't work are going to wake up one day and realize they have nothing in their wallet but a bunch of broken political promises...and I will never feel bad for them. Great report!!

Nicest project I have seen in a long time, and you can actually service it without taking half the sled apart… If they did a retro model with a 600 etec they would sell great, hope to see you on the trail!!

  3. I'm really hoping to read a post that says something friendly and welcoming sooner than later...everything we hear these days seems to have negative consequences for the 98 percent of us who do our best to conform and behave properly...I'm OK with enforcement when it doesn't impede folks  properly going about their way...but constantly being checked or pulled over without probable cause just because you are driving by....some of these check points have a long line and 99.9 percent are just fine

  4. Our Zec… so Nancy owns this area… have a nice day… shit show for sure… and she isn’t much of a public relations director… so hunters fisherman and slender are the problem… and we will charge them to pass on OUR property…classic not in my back yard… going to take government involvement to fix this and pressure from businesses… and she isn’t trying to be a public relations director…. Intentionally

  5. Hell of a reply… we have big plans for the future…I’m not sure it’s private land… some kind of public area… but this kind of rhetoric… paying to pass on both ways??? More than a money grab for sure… more like trying to persuade you to go elsewhere… some reasonable oversight is needed here for sure… and the precedent is terrible

Stickers won't do anything. We ALL had to watch a video stating that in order to get our trail pass/registration and put that sticker on our sled. Is that not enough???  We need enforcement, not more friggin stickers and a feel good pledge. It's not the people on this site doing the trespassing. If you think a sticker will stop anyone without a sticker from going off trail, you got another think coming. JMO........

pledges and sled stickers will not stop 5%, but sled seizures, registration confiscation and 5 year bans will do it, all this program is going to do is make everyone aware 95% of us are not the problem and do something to help prevent us from becoming the victims of there behavior...if we just sit around ...we are done.

  7. I once had a guy in my group of 7 or 8...20 years old...I was the last guy and sleds were coming at me all day on the hammer even around corners...then on the second day I noticed this clown giving everyone the closed fist that went by...I asked him what the hell he was doing that for...he said..ride on brother...he had no idea that meant...there's nobody behind me...evidently everyone else knew what it meant. That's why I ride out in the bush, were the serious riders are and no traffic.

The members of the International Snowmobile Manufacturing Association (Arctic Cat, Ski Doo, Yamaha, and Polaris) are joining together with the snowmobile community in creating the "Take The Pledge" campaign.

    Why Take The Pledge?

Protect snowmobiling access so we and future generations can continue to enjoy the riding freedoms we currently have.

Protect the Landowners that allow trails to cross their properties.

Protect snowmobiling by riding off trail ONLY where it is legal and allowed.

    Take the Pledge

I realize that illegal off trail riding is closing access for all snowmobilers and endangering our riding freedoms. This is about more than my personal rights or wishes-this is about the good of the entire riding community.

I Pledge to ride off trail ONLY where I know it is legal and accepted

I Pledge to check before going off trail if I don't know

I Pledge to protect access for future generations by doing the right thing

I Pledge to protect access by encouraging those I ride with to take the Pledge also.

Let all as QuebecRider members show we take the Pledge here on the this site. We can share our numbers with ISMA and show we care about the future of our sport.
