Leaving for a week quad ride around Gaspesie. This is a magnificent place to see in the summer.

Good luck on that trip and hope you have a great time also. Never thought of a quad trip around Gaspesie it sounds fantastic...have only done it on sleds.

Btw...I see your from western Ma....I often ride throughout that part of the state and have never heard of that club as far as sleds go. Atv or quad club I assume?

if you have a rainy day and don t want to ride your atv and never been in the gaspesie park.you should take that road (dirt/gravel road ) behind m s p and go take a ride with your pick up truck.

can t remember exactly ,it s about 40 miles to go to gite du mont albert.then go down at least to mount hog's back.

or you could do ,m s p ,gite du mont albert ,then a few miles lower than mount hog's back ,turn left on a dirt road for murdochville ,then exit to anse pleureuse (road 132 ) and back to m s p .nice little loop .

thanks for the pics goose !!

falls in st alexandre ''chute a philomene '' are 20 mins from home .

just too bad ,from la cache you could take the truck logging road and '' land '' directly in my town.since a few years now ,they don t allow atvs to ride on the duniere reserve .from km 40 up to the km 80.la cache is 75 miles from home.

from a few miles north of la cache (trail 595 )toward the faribault, there's many roads you can ride and the scenery is very nice, without entering the duniere reserve.

just curious ,did you ride in my town, causapscal???

Groomer, no we did not pass through Causapscal . ( I have stopped at the relais there before). From Rimouski we rode through zec B.S.L. to stay at le camp de bucherons in St. Frncois. On way back from La chache to Amqui we navigate by ZEC maps and TOPO maps. rode in zec Casault. Joe

That is a new lookout on the TQ 5 heading into MSP.

I don't know if the sled trail will go here. It was a small goat path trail I found to this look out, looking east. The look out looking to the west has aroad you can drive up in a car, this is where the hang gliders launch from.
