MFARJM
Recently I tend to develop a lot of pain in my neck even after riding for just an hour. I used to have lower shoulder/back pain but have learned to add more center shock spring pressure to reduce steering effort. I've adjusted the handle bars different ways but can;t find the sweet spot. Does anyone use a neck brace for trail riding? What about a chemical heat wrap? smclelan
What are you wearing for a helmet? I found the BRP BV2S was hard on the neck after a days riding. My new Oxygen helmet is considerably lighter and eliminates the soreness.
MrGutz
How about one of the horseshoe neck pads for Racing? I have one for my 8 year old nephew so it is not as brutal on his neck? Kinda like these: GutZ
Snobeeler
Also, try sitting more upright if you can. Tilt head back ever so slightly. Will feel strange at first but then will feel normal. That helps me a lot. PLAYHARD
MFARJM
Thanks gentleman. I were a BRP3. I think I'll weigh mine and compare it to an Oxygen

We've got a buddy who's a doc of physical therapy and her mantra for that is: "EOS" May sound silly & simple, and it's easy to forget/neglect while riding, but when I pull back my posture to "ears over shoulders" all kinds of bad stuff in the neck & shoulders & arms goes away. 800steve, Snobeeler and Florida Snowman
