The problem with Yamaha is that there handling and suspension are still in the stone age, although they may be reliable, I would gladly give up some reliability for a sled thats actually fun to ride and actually turns.

That's why I held on to the Mach for so long. Was hoping for a new MachZ, never happened. Sold it this summer to a guy from Ontario, drove 10 hours each way for it, $2500 with almost 16,000 miles on it. I'm gonna miss that top end, cruising at 70, wack the flipper skis up in the air into triple digits! Turbo GSX would be sweet!

I still don't know why you didn't go around the Pine LOL. On another note I just priced a 2012 GSX 1200 SE today. I'm still not sure I'm going to like the top end on it switching from the 07' Mach Z. They have a 1200 and an 800 GSX SE. Does $11,800 for the 1200 sound good?

If your only looking for a 2place trailer the clamshell is the way to go. Light, can move it by hand, no brakes to deal with. Mine's 10 years old, grease and go. Replaced One set of wheel bearings to be safe. I have enough stuff to do, don't need trailer maintenance on that list also!

Thanks for the heads up. Going to make sure I'm no where near Southern Quebec that weekend! I gaurantee there will be a line at customs in Derby Vermont Sat. morning. The groomers will have there work cut out for them Sunday night. I wonder if they've ever seen 2 foot moguls,LOL

When I said location I meant scenic, compared to the rest of the views you see riding. I don't know how much business they do in the other 3 seasons, but at $280k plus all those improvements, upgrades and new cabins, it's a bit risky in this economy.

I lucked out, she's not a shopper, besides she would be to busy cooking and splitting wood! I think 280k is a bit much for the location and what you get. Le Goeland on the other hand is nice, but a mill more!

Well 7" here in North Jersey, 19" about 25 minutes away. It looks like a war zone, now I know why mother nature strips the trees of leaves before winter! You couldn't go more then 30 seconds without hearing another crack and another tree limb fall. I think my block is one of the few that didn't loose power! It'll be days before power is restored. I feel lucky compared to the damage I've seen. All I got is a crushed hood on my truck from a big limb. Well time to start the clean up.

Goose, Are the trails well marked? And do you see many other atv's out on the trail. I've been wanting to get up there with the atv's but haven't yet. My youngest turns 16 this year so she can ride now in Quebec.

Just sold it in July to a guy from Ontario, just under 16,000 miles on the 07'. Still looking for a new ride. I'm always in the Gaspie end of March. That's why I can't make the gathering.

Ah, the mighty MachZ, I blew the motor in my mach 2 years ago in Chandler, Groomers dealership had a new short block for it. They put it on a bus and it got to chandler the next morning. On our way again in 24hrs with new motor under warranty, thats service by both dealers, only in Quebec! Congrats to your brother!
