We did not get into the bunkers, I have heard about them and even found a video once, but I do not know how to access them.  If you told me where the entrance is I will check it out next time.

Did you head up to pipmuacan yet?  I was looking forward to your ride report, including snacks....😀

I might be able to locate one of the water tanks. Let me know.

What's this about the pipmuacan ride?  Would be a great ride if the trail was raptor friendly.

What kind of mileage are you guys riding on a typical ATV trip in a day?  Been looking at maybe trying a trip north of Saint Anne du Lac.  Just curious is 130 km a reasonable day?  Comparable to maybe a 300 km day on the sleds?

My group tends to like miles and we usually ride around 150-200 miles a day.

Be mindful of your range and plan accordingly.  I get about 75-80 miles per 2.9 gallon tank of fuel, riding at 60mph. Me current setup has a 1.5 gal fuel can mount

Best regards from Pittsfield State Forest.

Perfect weekend to shake off the cob webs.

Hmmm.  Been about 12 years since I've ridden PSF. Actually surprised the trails are open with all the rain we received.   Had lots of good times riding there.

Surprisingly, a lot of the trails around in the MRC district have decent coverage, yes some dead spots but we have come along way. As mentioned hope nobody has to use it.

Interesting.   Very good to know this.

Been there several times, summer and winter. Winter, lineups for gas are long, if you’re just passing through dump your spare gas and go to the Indian reserve or Kanawata for fuel. Food was always good when I was there and the service surprisingly pretty quick given the hoards of people that come through that places.

I wouldn't rely much on manwan for fuel if you plan on going in the opposite direction.

Personally think the line for fuel is much shorter in the summer.
