  1. BJ don't forget to send me your vin#.  Have a great time.

  2. Glad to see you boys in Paradise.
  3. It was also my first time for fried turkey. My wife bought me a fryer that year and I've used it quite often since. I remember JG bringing his picture albums and it was the first time I saw JG in person. Great day.
  4. That's quite a fleet Jack. Lots of $ tied up there.
  5. I didn't realize Timbo. My pleasure meeting you.
  6. Hi Andy Great to see Dave back riding again. Last time I saw him, at your house at the HCS summer get together, he told me he was done riding. Glad he's back at it. Bill
  7. 1. The trail that use to cross the Saguenay River from Larouche to St Charles has been changed for the better. Won't have to go to Larouche, it will come off 383 much closer to Jonquiere. Doesn't show on the map. 2 . There is a new trail off 23 that will go to St Andre. This trail is on the this years map. 3. There is a new trail being cut from 23, about 20 miles north of L' Etape that will connect to the Ravage. However it is meeting resistance from the government and the FCMQ per my source.
  8. Hi Skidoo Joe Best way to Annik's is take 93-91 to border, then CA 55 to CA 20. CA 20 to exit 312, left lane exit, to CA 73 Nord, (North). This takes you across the St Lawrence River. Stay on 73, CA 40 joins it about 2 miles after you cross river, take exit 312 Nord, which is CA 73. CA 73 becomes 175 just North of Quebec City. It's all 4 lane highway to Chicoutimi. Stay on 175 thru Chicoutimi, when you cross the Saguenay River, 175 ends and you pickup 172. Stay on 172 to St Nazaire, turn right on 1 re Avenue N, first right turn in St Nazaire. Stay on this road, passing thru Labrecque and then La Marche. Stay on this road thru Lamarche, you will go up a steep hill, follow road and signs to Mont Valian, Annik's place. Tell her I said hello.
  9. Hi Denis Great to hear from you. I sure hope I get to see you this winter. Bill
  10. I think that may be the small one that's out of the groomer barn about 5 miles back on 93 from Passion. The really big one, 36' long by 16' wide, is up near Le Chappelle.
  11. My friend from the Charlevoix, TOP Location advertiser here on QR, emailed me and said 100's of trees down in the Charevoix area from storm.
  12. I refer to that area as Old Forge/Tug Hill North because of the high traffic that it has.
  13. I was told that last year by FCMQ guys at the Toronto Show but that was not the case. I have been told for many years that this was only for Canadian people, but that could have changed. With most governments, once they get your money there is never a chance of getting it back.
  14. Happy Birthday David and Steven. Is it a Rouge Day?
  15. Not one of the Hollywood Elites has taken Trump Flight 1600.
  16. When ever I am asked about this by an American I tell them you are helping to subsidize the Quebecers snowmobile insurance plan. Americans can not get the money for the insurance back. I also tell the Americans they should be use to it as they have been spreading the wealth the past 8 years. But things are about to change with the new Sheriff in Town. For me it's no big deal. Have a couple of Quebec Sodas less, aka beer.
  17. Jay you had one hell of an experience as well in that snowstorm. Course you were on the black trail but it was still mighty scary.
  18. And you are one of those who cling to your guns and Bible, LOL. My kind of guy.
  19. Last year iMotoneige would post the trails that had been groomed that night/morning at 6:30AM. That's when I decided were that rides day was going to be.
  20. That's as far down 83 as the Saguenay Club goes. They turn around at the end of Lac Elephant. It's not elephant but as close as I can get it. The Fjord club or the Charlevoix club picks it up from there. Some years the Fjord club goes up there and then the following year they don't and the Charlevoix club does it. My very good friend Bernard Audet, from La Baie is the guy responsible for that section of the Saguenay Club. He takes great pride in how that trail is maintained. About 4 years ago he was going to resign, he was 65 then. When he told the club that, his crew from the La Baie area all resigned. He didn't resign. I'll call him and tell him he was first to groom in Quebec. That will make his day.
  21. I haven't seen him in about 3 years.
