Naturally, weekend congestion rules apply 3x, as area options become more limited.
Stay somewhere that'll hold your truck/trailer keys, in case you want them to hire someone to come retrieve you.
We're looking at riding out of Riviere du Loop for a Gaspésie loop, and St Felician for Pacman'ing up & over Lac St Jean (but don't go telling anybody).

Note to self... 2 feet of snow w/50 mile an hour winds... stay at the bar and get drunk all day.

The second most amount of snow I've ever seen in the gaspe and that was my seventh time. The guy at relais La Cashe said there was 20 ft in the mountains
