Can’t beat the food at 100 Lacs. The new owner Paul is running a great camp there. Fantastic stop. Did you go up the hill behind the new warming shack to the lookout tower? Great views from up there.

Phil’s too busy with other things than worrying about winter……

Was there a few weeks ago. The owner needs to wake up. Doesn’t take much to have a tray of scrambled eggs & bacon there also for breakfast. Got a huge kitchen there not being used. For the money they charge I’m passing by next time until they go back to the Lac Faillon I know & loved. Have a great ride East today Wes!

We are here tonight at Barrage Gouin. As stated by Mark above, Johnny only has one side open this year. Approximately 7km of this feeder trail was plowed recently. Oh well. The rest of the trail was excellent.

Thanks so much Alain! Looking much better than I thought it would be. Very much appreciated. We are heading up next Friday for a week run. Can’t wait to get back in the saddle! Happy New Year!
