You are receiving this message from the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) as a NEXUS member.
Please be advised that, as a result of current construction work taking place at the Saint-Bernard-de-Lacolle Port of Entry (Québec),the CBSA is operating with reduced lanes and has suspended the NEXUS Lane as part of the ongoing modernization project. Due to construction, there are three (3) available lanes open until winter 2027. Therefore, the NEXUS travellers will be processed in one of the primary inspection lanes available. NEXUS members can continue to use their cards as identification to enter Canada, however the dedicated lane for members of this program must be temporarily closed at this port of entry.
