here is what I heard from a friend who was there about 6 weeks back or so. His parents have a house not far away near Gilardo dam so that makes them "locals" up there...LOL.
The new people are VERY, VERY, VERY nice !!! In addition to that they fly in/out in a helicopter so quite wealthy as well.
They toured him around and showed him all the improvements they are working on. In addition to remodeling all of the cabins they are expanding the kitchen and bringing in state of the art equipment (supposedly will have full menu now) and building an addition??/patio area behind where the bathrooms were.
Cant wait too see it all. I'm betting gas will still be 2.90/litre though....LOL
