  1. We should have an agreement that we will always stop and offer help...then accidentally drive off with the keys. or lock them in the trunk

  4. Maybe these are stolen cars?? Who would bring their own car out there...somebody could get killed riding over the hill from the other direction...should have the car impounded and license revoked...at a minimum...we are trying to keep people on the trail...and we can't keep people on the road...WTF!!

  6. my 2020 lost something in the instrument cluster and they both got stuck on high...it was unrideable...got a new cluster under warranty to fix the problem
  7. They kept their washing machine and dryer along with most of their tools and hardware in there...all the important necessary equipment needed when your miles in the bush...this is going to hurt
  8. propane tank in the left is on fire..really lucky it didn't blow

  17. I spent 28 days in 2020 and got cut short due to the Covid shut down....Great trip for you guys...and great report....spending a month touring is a blast, I really enjoyed your pics and writing...many thanks, Bob.
  18. They are open, we stopped there the day they were opening, everyone was very excited and they said hopefully it would be open for ever, great opportunity for them it's a very popular spot.

We saw Jacque a few weeks ago at Copper...he is having a terrible time with help...I couldn't agree more about his contribution to sledding and all the great hospitality he has served up over the years...he is a destination...one of the big players for sure....we have nothing but good comments and memories of Copper...extremely sad to see this happening to them, I wish them all the luck in the world.
  20. I did the 11 day trip in 2016 on my bike and left the day before labor day...the weather gods were shining on us and we rode the entire 11 days in T-shirts, and sunshine ...it started raining an hour after we got home...luckiest bike trip of my life.
  21. Yes it was clear to us on Sunday that road crossings and parking lots were going to be an issue as soon as it hit 33 degrees, wheels are a must , very early this year for sure.

  25. I've done a lot of restoration work and built quite a few race sleds...it's amazing how many hours go into these projects...this time was well spent, I love that sled
